Conex Media, Metro Manila, Philippines, operates ConexMail and is the PIC for the data described below.

We process contact details (name, email address) and engagement data (opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes) to deliver and measure the email campaigns you have consented to receive, and to maintain sender reputation and deliverability.

Email event data is retained for 30 days for operational reporting. Contact and consent records are retained while your subscription is active and as required by law, then securely deleted.

Email delivery is performed by Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), in the Asia Pacific (Singapore, ap-southeast-1) region. Hosting and data storage are provided by Supabase and Vercel.

Where data is processed outside the Philippines (e.g. AWS SES in Singapore), transfers are governed by the processors’ contractual data-protection commitments, consistent with NPC guidance on cross-border transfers.

You have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectification, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to damages, and to lodge a complaint. Submit a request at /privacy/request — we respond within 30 days.
